Floater with Primary location 7975 LAKE UNDERHILL ROAD, Orlando, 32822 and also travel to, Lake Mary, Innovation Tower and East Orlando.

• When you join our team of over 45 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patients Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, clinicians and staff willing to carry on Advent Healths mission in the communities we serve.
• As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting you will provide professional direct and indirect services to specific age groups in the outpatient rehabilitation settings. Utilizes process improvement in achieving the goals of the Sports Med and Rehab Department. Accept the responsibility to practice autonomously and collaboratively in all practice environments to provide best practice to the patient/client. Autonomous practice is characterized by independent, self-determined, professional judgment and action.

The Neuro Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients as medically prescribed, in a professional manner and withiin clinic standards, adhering to the corporate compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies.

• Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patients needs.
• Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobility skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.
• Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate.
• Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Florida Physical Therapist (PT) License
