Tykes & Teens is a CE-Broker supported organization and we provide over 12 hours of continued education per year in addition to weekly staffing to support your clinical growth. We also provide free Clinical Supervision toward licensure. The work involves providing mental health services for children and their families in an outpatient setting, including psychotherapeutic interventions, assessing treatment needs, developing and reviewing treatment plans, and determining discharge criteria.

• Provide psychotherapeutic interventions to children and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Assess treatment needs, develop and review treatment plans, and determine discharge criteria.
• Complete and maintain required intake forms and documentation, and conduct discharge planning by specified dates.
• Maintain outcome measures to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.
• Participate in ongoing clinical growth through supervision and continuing education opportunities.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another applicable human services degree
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Haitian) is a plus, but not required
• A valid Florida driver’s license and auto liability insurance is required
• An ability to work in a team environment
• Licensed or registered intern under Florida Statutes 490 or 491, with two years of experience in working with children and families
• Licensed positions require an active and clear State of Florida License - LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
