Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay Range: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full‑time

• Determine patients’ eligibility for state, federal, or county programs.
• Maintain caseload and uphold productivity standards.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff, patients, and state workers.
• Prepare documents and ensure accuracy and completion.
• Adhere to and support organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Problem‑solving and case management experience.
• Proficiency with technology such as phone systems, computers, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security Administration, and county social service programs.
• Understanding of HIPAA and HITECH patient confidentiality laws.
• Knowledge of major hospital systems and healthcare environment.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred).

• Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.
• Eye–hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
• Normal hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate reports.
• Occasional lifting of papers or boxes up to 15 pounds.
• Work performed inside hospital or facility; travel to other offices/client facilities may be required.
