Call Center Representative

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls for 25 office locations.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and follow up for new and existing patients.
• Utilize the electronic health records system to create and update patient information.
• Collect basic patient and insurance information.
• Monitor physicians’ schedules, procedures performed, and accepted insurances.
• Assist patients in locating the nearest office that meets their needs and provide directions.
• Reschedule patients as needed and relay message to the appropriate location or physician.
• Perform routine cleaning of the office space, kitchen, etc.
• Abide by HIPAA and other relevant medical office regulations.

• High School Diploma.
• Experience handling high volume calls efficiently.
• Good listening and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Multitasking ability and make patients feel comfortable, welcome, and heard.
• Prior customer service experience a plus.
• Must be a team player.
