We are looking for a dedicated Marketer who would focus on promoting and expanding the company’s pharmaceutical offerings, specifically targeting specialty clinics and healthcare providers. The role is centred around cancer treatment products, particularly infusion therapies and injectable medications that are sold directly to doctors for administration to patients.

This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty clinics, oncologists, and infusion centres.
• Promote pharmaceutical products, ensuring doctors understand the benefits, applications, and proper usage of cancer treatment therapies.
• Drive sales of high-ticket pharmaceutical products through direct outreach, presentations, and product education.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oncology and specialty care markets within Florida (Orlando).
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and potential residents and their families.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
