Now Hiring BCaBAs at Waterford (Orlando, FL). We are looking for dedicated professionals to help provide exceptional care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

• Kissimmee
• Lake Elenor (Orlando)
• Waterford Lakes (Orlando)

• Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors
• Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment
• Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients

• Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
• Bachelor s Degree or higher
• Reliable Transportation – Some home visits may be required
• Clear Background Check
• Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - training available
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)

  Your hourly rate will range from $32-$40/hr, based on experience and growth potential
