• Customer Consultation – Assist customers in choosing the right hair products based on hair type, texture, and styling preferences.
• Product Knowledge – Stay informed about different hair extensions (human vs. synthetic, clip‑ins, bundles, lace fronts), hair care products, and styling tools.
• Sales & Upselling – Recommend complementary products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling gels, and hair accessories to boost sales.
• Demonstration & Education – Show customers how to install, maintain, and care for hair extensions and wigs.
• Inventory Management – Stock and organize hair products, track sales, and ensure availability of popular items.
• Sanitation & Hygiene – Maintain clean product displays, sanitize try‑on areas, and follow hygiene guidelines.
• Handling Transactions – Process payments, returns, and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service & Retention – Build relationships with customers, address concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Social Media & Marketing (Optional) – Promote new hair products through in‑store displays or online content like tutorials and live demos.
• Staying Updated on Trends – Keep up with trending hairstyles, textures, and hair care innovations to better serve customers.
