POSITION OVERVIEWThe Deal Desk Audit & Contract Review Analyst supports the Deal Desk by reviewing customer quotes, order forms, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role acts as a quality-control checkpoint in the quote-to-cash process, helping ensure that deals are correctly created, approved, and recorded before and after customer signature. The analyst works closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations while developing a strong foundation in SaaS contracting, pricing, and internal controls.
The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.
- Review customer quotes and order forms for:
- Accurate pricing, discounts, and product configurations
- Correct customer details, billing terms, and contract dates
- Alignment with standard templates and approved deal structures
- Confirm required internal approvals are obtained before contracts are sent to customers
- Flag non-standard terms, pricing discrepancies, or missing information for escalation
- Audit executed contracts to ensure:
- Signed agreements match the approved quote and final terms
- Contract data is accurately entered into CRM and billing systems
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with Sales Leads or Legal
- Maintain organized records to support audits and reporting
- Follow established deal desk checklists and review procedures
- Document findings, exceptions, and corrections in tracking systems
- Assist in maintaining audit trails and compliance documentation
- Support Internal audits and revenue reviews as needed
- Track recurring errors or deal issues and share insights with senior team members/Leads
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen deal accuracy and efficiency
- Learn company pricing policies, approval workflows, and contract standards
- Provide basic guidance to sales team members on standard deal requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Deal desk, sales operations, finance, audit, contracts, or revenue operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
- Comfortable working with data, documents, and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or early career experience in audit, finance, or contract administration
- Exposure to SaaS business models or subscription contracts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Deal Hub, Docu Sign)
- Interest in internal controls, compliance, or revenue operations

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer. Employment will proceed only upon receiving clear results from both.
Threat Locker also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
