Internship – Capital Finance; Fall

We are currently looking for exceptional candidates to fill positions in the below categories.

The Capital Finance internship will offer hands‑on experience in various areas of financial analysis, accounting, and project management. The intern will work alongside the finance team to assist in day‑to‑day operations, provide financial data to project managers, and gain exposure to the financial planning and processes that take place within a large organization.

• Performs data entry, record keeping, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Participates in meetings, takes notes, and prepares reports for senior management.
• Assists in addressing invoice processing issues.
• Supports internal audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assists in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
• Supports project teams’ ad hoc information requests (vendor contracts, invoice and budget queries).
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
• A transcript is required upon application.

• Preferred majors include: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Preferred coursework completed: Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business Finance, or similar.

• This internship will be an in‑person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than December 2026.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
