Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

NOW CFO is partnering with a well-established, growing manufacturing company in Orlando to identify an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the accounting team and supporting ownership with strong financial reporting, cost controls, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate brings strong inventory and job costing experience and enjoys being embedded in the business.

• Lead and manage all financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, payroll, close)
• Manage job costing and bill of materials (BOM) reporting
• Develop and implement cash flow forecasting and models
• Optimize financial systems and reporting processes
• Oversee inventory accounting and controls
• Oversee insurance programs and related reporting
• Provide financial insights to leadership to support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls across accounting functions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong industry experience with inventory and job costing
• Proven background establishing financial reporting, costing, and cash flow processes
• Experience managing multi-state sales tax

• Public accounting or audit background
• FP&A experience
• Competitive base salary (target range: $100,000–$120,000)
