M&A Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Corporate Development (M&A).

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the M&A deal pipeline through research and coordination with stakeholders Support senior team members in qualifying acquisition opportunities and prepare reports for leadership Assist in due diligence efforts and financial modeling for valuation analysis and transaction structuring

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory Strong financial modeling and valuation skills High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
