Key Responsibilities Perform post-reunderwrite final QC reviews on loans underwritten by due diligence underwriters Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies, errors, and missing documentation within loan files Ensure adherence to investor, agency, and regulatory guidelines, focusing on TRID compliance
Required Qualifications 5+ years of mortgage experience in a secondary market due diligence underwriting environment 2+ years of experience performing due diligence QC reviews Experience performing final QC audits of peer due diligence underwrites Strong knowledge of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) plus FHA/VA and Non-QM products Strong compliance knowledge with an emphasis on TRID
