As our Investment Operations Specialist, you are the backbone of our investment platform. Every account opened, trade executed, and report delivered flows through your hands. You ensure precision, integrity, and efficiency across our RIA so advisors can focus on strategy and clients can focus on outcomes.
You’ll work directly with our Director of Investments and advisor team, gaining front-row exposure to portfolio management, trading workflows, custodial relationships, and investment reporting. If you’re energized by markets, obsessed with detail, and love building systems that scale, this role is for you.

Qualifications Required- Minimum 2-3 years of investment operations experience
- Series 65 license
- Familiarity with RIA operations and custodial platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and Orion
- Experience with Red Tail, and/or Monday
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
