You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Finance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring program financial health, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for leading financial management activities across multiple contracts.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Financial status reporting and variance analysis.
- Establishing and managing program cost baselines and budgets.
- Analyzing and forecasting cost, orders, sales, profit, and cash flow.
- Highlighting issues, concerns, and trends to the program team and helping develop solutions.
- Leading and assisting other team members while developing supervisory experience.

Desired Skills- Cost management experience on large production and/or development contracts
- Lockheed Martin or industry experience
- Ability to adapt to change and digital transformation
- Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis
- Experience with LMMFC tools and processes
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, and Cobra
- EVMS (Earned Value) experience
- Finance or business related degree preferred
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Detail oriented and organized
