AP Manager
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000
Location: Orlando, FL | Onsite

Company Overview & Role Summary
A global technology organization is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to its expanding finance team. This role oversees the end-to-end AP function while helping strengthen controls, enhance processes, and support accurate financial reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity for an AP leader who enjoys a fast-paced, systems-focused environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency through process improvements, automation, and ERP optimization

  • Oversee accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment runs, and expense reimbursements

  • Manage AP-related month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and account analysis

  • Review and approve invoices, coding, and supporting documentation; resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries

  • Ensure AP workflows meet accuracy, timeliness, and internal control standards

  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to support proper expense recognition in accordance with GAAP

  • Prepare AP schedules, reconciliations, and documentation to support audit requests

  • Train, mentor, and develop AP team members while establishing clear performance expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • ERP system experience required, with strong Excel proficiency

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts payable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Previous experience supervising or leading AP staff preferred

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
