This is a hands-on Controller position ideal for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the ability to influence processes and reporting.

• Oversee property-level accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Review and approve reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned properties
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while improving workflows and reporting consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of property or real estate accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Yardi or similar ERP system
