This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker. The Mortgage Broker will assist clients in finding mortgage products that best suit their financial needs, provide guidance on debt consolidation, and manage the end-to-end mortgage approval process. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, staying updated on mortgage products and market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and executing mortgage marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Mortgage Brokerage, including identifying and securing suitable mortgage loan options for clients
- Experience in Debt Consolidation and financial advising to support clients in achieving long-term financial stability
- Knowledge of Mortgage Marketing and effective client acquisition strategies
- Expertise in Brokerage operations and finance-related services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity
- Active NMLS or relevant state licenses (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
