Description
You will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Advanced Programs Estimating Organization. Our team is responsible for shaping proposals based on Requests for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
What You Will Be DoingAs the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading the estimation effort on special programs from initial RFP through contract award.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and pricing proposals using Lockheed Martin’s Estimating Financial System (EFS).
- Coordinating functional inputs and guiding the proposal through the management‑review process.
- Providing government audit support, fact‑finding, and negotiating terms.
- Ensuring compliance with FAR and securing TINA certification.
- Supporting the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt to Proposal Authorization.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Pro Pricer experience.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with a large volume of data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. - Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. - Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
