Sr Tax Manager

A seasoned Senior Tax Manager is sought to open and run a personal tax advisory practice in Fort Myers or Orlando. The role will manage client relationships and tax engagements for high net worth individuals and business owners. Responsibilities include developing and managing personal tax advisory services, leading tax compliance and planning activities for individual, fiduciary, and gift tax areas, supervising and mentoring the tax advisory team, managing multiple client engagements to client expectations, and collaborating on business development activities.

• Develop and manage personal tax advisory services for high net worth individuals and business owners.
• Lead tax compliance and planning for individual, fiduciary, and gift tax matters.
• Supervise and mentor the tax advisory team, fostering career development.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery to client expectations.
• Collaborate on business development activities and maintain client relationships.

• 10+ years of tax accounting experience with a focus on flow-through entity taxation rules.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in tax research and tax preparation and planning software.
• Experience with international tax planning and compliance for individuals is highly desired.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Base pay range: $185,000 to $250,000 per year; total compensation is adjustable based on experience, skills, and education.
