We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager OR Tax Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll lead client engagements involving complex tax structures, manage and mentor a talented tax team, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s continued growth and evolution — while enjoying a supportive, balanced work environment.

There is also a clear path to Partnership down the line if that is of interest.

• Manage and review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic guidance to clients with intricate financial and business structures
• Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting growth and technical excellence
• Collaborate with firm partners on client strategy, new opportunities, and process improvements
• Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and staff

• CPA license required
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting
• Strong technical expertise with complex and multi‑entity returns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
• A proactive mindset with a passion for developing others and driving firm success
