• Review complex individual tax returns and provide income tax planning and advice to high net‑worth individuals and families.
• Collaborate with specialists in International tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, review work and ensure they have the knowledge and resources to excel.

• Perform high‑quality review of complex tax returns.
• Extensive knowledge and experience handling hedge fund and Private equity K‑1s.
• Research tax issues to develop effective planning strategies and translate complex data into client‑ready insights.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and tailor services to their unique needs.
• Maintain reputation by continually updating and sharing technical knowledge.
• Identify and respond to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with significant tax or financial planning experience.
• CPA license or licensed attorney required.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in professional services or a professional tax organization.
• Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, with confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders.
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems and laws within your area of technical professionalism.

• Proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning.
• Proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt work style to collaborate with internal and client team members.

• The salary range for this role in all U.S. locations is $120/hr to $150/hr.
