Jacksonville-Palm Coast- Branch Manager​/Mortgage Loan Originator

Overview

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a small team of 2-3 Loan Officers or a Branch Manager currently working in the Jacksonville-Palm Coast, FL area to join our dynamic team, leveraging your local expertise to grow and manage accounts in a high-potential market. Successful Branch Manager/Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) will proactively identify, develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships that will serve as a source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.

External relationships may consist of realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts. The Loan Originator participates in business development opportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership and professional organizations. The Loan Originator interviews customers to determine financial needs and advises on appropriate products, terms, and pricing. The Loan Originator guides borrowers through the process and gathers required information through clear and timely communication.

The Loan Originator is responsible for submitting clear, accurate loan documentation and maintaining industry compliance regulations, while meeting sales goals and objectives.

The Loan Originator/Branch Manager will:

• Identify, develop and maintain a quality network of referrals (realtors, builders, professionals, personal contacts).
• Interview customers to determine financial needs and advise on suitable mortgage products, terms and pricing.
• Navigate borrowers through the loan process and gather required information with clear, timely communication.
• Submit clear, accurate loan documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Meet sales goals and objectives while following appropriate procedures.
• Recruit, manage and grow a local team as needed.

• 3+ years of retail residential mortgage origination experience
• 2+ years of experience as Branch Manager
• Must be currently licensed in Florida
• Documented residential mortgage loans closed volume in the past 12 months of $500,000 – $1 million+ per month in production
• Established relationships with local referral networks
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
• Proficient in product guidelines for Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Strong technology skills; experience with relevant platforms is a plus
• Meet and comply with all SAFE Act requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators, including background checks and active NMLS licensure
• Ability to recruit, manage and grow your own team
