• Identify and set appointments with potential clients
• Meet with clients to assess their financial needs
• Develop customized financial plans to meet the clients’ goals
• Maintain strong relationships, helping clients track progress over time
• Provide ongoing consultation and support

• One‑on‑one training from seasoned leaders
• Comprehensive training covering financial planning, portfolio analysis, regulation, marketing, consultative selling, client service, and compliance
• Uncapped earning potential—advisors can earn $100,000+ in the first year
• Career growth opportunities, including a leadership program (District Manager, Field VP, etc.)

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field
• Must obtain series licenses and qualify as a Financial Advisor before starting
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Willing to work on‑site

Compensation will be paid after licenses and qualifications are completed. Average first‑year earnings exceed $70,000, with top earners earning over $100,000.
