Associate – Tax L&D – KPMG US
KPMG offers a hybrid work opportunity for a learning and development role focused on tax. As a Tax L&D Associate, you will support the planning, delivery, and closing of instructor‑led, virtual, and national office training programs in a fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning, delivery, and closeout of instructor‑led and virtual training programs, including nationally developed local office training.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of continuing professional education (CPE) requirements, NASBA guidelines, and EA requirements, updating internal processes as needed.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and deployment of digital asset courses, and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize various reports needed to assess and deliver training.
- Assist with other training initiatives as required.
- Minimum two years of recent professional business experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, make daily decisions with minimal supervision, and manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project‑management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
