Overview

Prudential Advisors is looking for an Experienced Financial Advisor in the Central Florida market area who is interested in working with Prudential’s existing client base. This position will allow you to grow your career and business, helping the people and families that look to Prudential for financial solutions. (Must reside in the state of Florida)

At Prudential, our advising philosophy is designed to empower you to create customized financial plans using industry-leading financial and insurance planning tools.

As an Experienced Financial Advisor, you will have access to a comprehensive open-architecture investment platform through our broker-dealer, LPL Financial, allowing you to leverage a diverse range of investment solutions (e.g., stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, brokerage CDs, structured notes, alternative investments, private equity and private REITs, option strategies, annuities, etc.). With these resources, you will help clients navigate complex portfolios and achieve their financial goals with confidence.

You will work with an existing client base and have the opportunity to build a strong book of business through Prudential’s referral programs. You can create client solutions without proprietary product sales requirements, with compensation that is 100% benefitable regardless of the product or company you sell, while enjoying the look and feel of an independent advisor with the benefits of being an employee.

The position includes access to three retirement programs: a 401(k) with a 4% match, a cash balance pension plan, and a pension enhancement plan, plus full medical and dental benefits.
