We’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team! This full-time role is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks with a focus on accounts receivable. You’ll also support the preparation of financial statements and assist with documentation for tax reporting and other accounting functions. Key Responsibilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
- Process AR payments and credit card transactions as needed.
- Assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with and support team members as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role would share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets. Demonstrated ability in an accountant role is a must.
The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. This position will require the ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute departmental initiatives. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
