Position: (USA) 2nd Shift Custodian II - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations (Temporary)

Position Summary

Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues such as roof leaks and power outages to management. Ensures clean and sanitary facilities for offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots in accordance with company safety procedures, federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department regulations).

Uses personal protective equipment, empties waste receptacles and recycle bins, dusts, sweeps, wet‑mops, strips and waxes floors, cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and showers, vacuums and spot‑cleans carpets, cleans electronic devices (microwaves, windows, air‑conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles), and identifies and reacts to additional cleaning needs. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; and determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to and learning from change and feedback.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.20‑$22.80. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
