Customer Service Rep
Entertainment Team Member, Part-Time, Orlando, FL
Starting hourly rate of $16.50/hour. Open availability – days, nights.
General SummaryAs an Entertainment Team Member, you will ensure guests receive a rewarding and memorable experience, keeping them coming back. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating quality interactive programs, roving entertainment, and character interaction within the Crayola Experience.
PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and perform the crayon manufacturing process and cafe stage shows.
- Ensure Crayola crayon materials are well stocked and in working order for each show.
- Cover other attraction areas as needed.
- Safely operate machinery, troubleshoot, and make minor adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Contact maintenance technicians and inform supervisors of status.
- Facilitate art projects and activities with guests.
- Assist in workshops, special events, and outreach activities.
- Entertain with roving cart around the facility, educating guests on Crayola products.
- Interact with guests wearing Crayola mascot characters (Tip & Pip).
- High School Diploma Preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Fun, outgoing personality. Ability to engage guests, children, and families in an upbeat, positive manner.
- Prior experience working with children preferred.
- Prior experience in a museum, educational setting, guest service center, or family attraction helpful.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills required.
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to guest service and programming procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions and multitask.
