Entertainment​/Spirit Person - PBR Orlando

Responsibilities

• Must be energetic, outgoing, and fun while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to contribute to the atmosphere of the venue.
• Communicate with guests clearly, patiently, and with good humor.
• Attend practices to learn organized choreography for performances in front of venue crowds.
• Dance during open hours of the venue to draw guests onto the dance floor.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

• Prior experience with dancing in public performances preferred.
• Knowledge of musical trends and relevant dances; comfortable dancing in public.
• Must be at least 18 years old; if required to serve alcohol, age must be appropriate per state regulations.

• Be able to work nights and weekends.
• Be able to stand and dance for long periods of time.
