Essential Duties and Responsibilities

You'll be the main point of contact for customers looking to plan exciting events. Your role includes:

• Booking and coordinating a variety of events, including Birthday parties, Group events, School field trips and other special celebrations, as your primary resposibility.
• Responding to inquiries and following up with leads
• Scheduling and confirming event details
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintaining accurate records of bookings and commissions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bilingual – English and Spanish required
• Energetic, people-oriented, and highly organized
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling or booking systems (training provided)
• Must be available to work weekends, as that's when the fun happens!
