Maintenance Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical direction to a team of approximately 20 maintenance technicians.
  • Build a performance-driven environment centered on safety, accountability, and continuous skill development.
Reliability Strategy & Asset Management
  • Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Establish reliability standards and drive best practices in asset care and maintenance execution.
Operational Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and improve key equipment and maintenance performance indicators such as uptime, reliability, and production efficiency.
  • Partner with operations to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.
Capital Projects & Infrastructure Oversight
  • Lead capital improvement initiatives, including new equipment installations, facility enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and implementation to ensure successful execution.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Promote and reinforce a proactive safety culture throughout the maintenance organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives that drive long-term reliability and productivity improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or reliability within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing technical maintenance teams.
  • Experience supporting high-speed, high-output production operations; food or consumer goods manufacturing experience is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms, maintenance planning, capital project management, and budget administration.
