Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong MEP experience to lead electrical system design efforts and mentor junior team members. This individual will play a key role in delivering high‑quality construction documents and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Onsite only at the Orlando office (remote work is not available for this role)

• Lead electrical design for commercial, multifamily, healthcare, municipal, and specialty projects
• Develop power distribution, lighting, and low‑voltage system designs
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams
• Support construction administration activities, including site visits and responding to RFIs
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers

• 7+ years of experience in MEP electrical design
• Strong background in commercial and multifamily projects
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software
• Solid understanding of NEC and applicable building codes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but NOT required
