Our dynamic growth and continued success has created a new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer in our Orlando, FL office. As a Mechanical Engineer at GRAEF, you will work in a collaborative team environment on a wide variety of facility projects including education, aviation, transportation, hospitality, commercial, industrial and renovation projects. This full-time position has significant growth opportunities for the right candidate!
Responsibilities- Design and analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various types of facilities.
- Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings.
- Perform computer-aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects.
- Assist senior staff with construction administration and construction management of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with coursework focusing on the design of HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems for facilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mechanical and/or plumbing design of facilities.
- EIT certified preferred; PE would be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Having experience in various mechanical engineering software preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
