  • Support design reviews, test events, and configuration control processes (ECP, CSB, CCB).
  • Participate in Corrective Action Boards (CAB) and Failure Review Boards (FRB) to drive root cause resolution.
  • Analyze FRACAS trends, prioritize failure modes, and recommend corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  • Build mathematical models to flag high risk units, batches, or processes and propose design or formulation changes.
  • Define and implement statistical process control procedures and test methods to meet reliability targets.
  • Compile performance reports, process control statistics, and detailed reliability documentation for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate daily with engineers, program managers, and customers, delivering clear analytical input and written reports.
