B NEXT is seeking a Orlando, FL based Environmental Consultant / NPDES Inspector to join one of our growing teams in Florida.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors, values flexibility, and is passionate about environmental compliance in the construction industry.

- Conduct stormwater and NPDES inspections on construction sites
- Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Document findings and provide recommendations using HB NEXT’s proprietary software
- Travel to various job sites across the region
- National or Florida Erosion Certification (or equivalent), or the ability to obtain within 60 days (training available through HB NEXT)
- Prior construction or field inspection experience highly preferred
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
