Yoh has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Controls Scheduler to join our Global Entertainment client. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and lives within commuting distance to the Orlando area for an onsite work environment.

Position SummaryThe Senior Integrated Project Controls Scheduler provides comprehensive planning and scheduling leadership across complex, multi‑disciplinary development projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules that align design, procurement, production, installation, and construction activities. The position supports large‑scale facility and experiential development projects, ensuring schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and executive‑level reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role reports to Project Controls leadership and works closely with project management, engineering, construction, creative, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Development & Integration
- Develop and maintain detailed life‑cycle and integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
- Translate project scope, strategy documents, and design deliverables into executable schedule logic
- Integrate multiple disciplines including design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and construction
- Establish milestones, key dates, and reporting structures aligned with contractual requirements
- Support bid package development with schedule specifications and milestone definitions
- Project Controls & Performance Monitoring
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and schedule health assessments
- Monitor progress, analyze variances, and develop recovery/mitigation plans
- Conduct earned value analysis (EVM) where required
- Develop manpower and commodity/resource loading plans
- Produce progress curves and forecast analyses
- Field & Stakeholder Coordination
- Conduct planning workshops, pull‑planning sessions, and coordination meetings
- Perform site walks to validate schedule progress and field conditions
- Collaborate with general contractors, design teams, and specialty vendors
- Ensure adherence to scheduling standards, policies, and reporting protocols
- Reporting & Executive Communication
- Prepare schedule dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations
- Communicate risk exposure and mitigation strategies to project leadership
- Provide integrated schedule visibility across all scopes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5‑10 years of experience in engineering, construction planning, or integrated project scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling experience
- Experience supporting large‑scale facility construction projects (e.g., hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use, retail, or entertainment facilities)
- Experience working with major general contractors
- Field experience and ability to perform site walks
- Experience with pull‑planning or collaborative planning methodologies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to integrate multiple project scopes into a single master schedule
- Experience with complex experiential, themed, or specialty installation projects
- Background in facility design or engineering coordination
- Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM)
- Resource loading and cost/schedule integration experience
- Experience supporting production, installation, or technical systems integration
- Strong visual presentation skills and ability to communicate schedule data graphically
