• Bachelor's degree in science - Civil Engineering or an applicable degree related to Transportation
• Licensed PE license in the State of Florida
• Minimum 5+ years of professional technical work experience
• Exposure to FDOT
• Self-efficient and driven, willingness to wear multiple hats and gain experience
• Willingness to mentor and be a part of a collaborative team

• Experience with Micro Station ORD
• Knowledge with Large Scale FDOT projects
• Technical Training experience

• Perform design calculations, prepare plans, and direct schematic designs for FDOT and local government projects.
• Utilize advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in your work.
• Collaborate with task leaders, team members, clients, and other consultants.
• Exercise judgment in independently evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Mentor direct reports and share knowledge with others.
• Participate in team lunches, breakfasts, and social activities.
