We are looking for a Controls / Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced air conditioning and heat pump control systems for data center applications
.

You will be involved in the design and development of embedded software and control algorithms
, as well as in the integration of industrial communication protocols. The role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, high-performance systems in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Develop embedded software for the control of air conditioning and heat pump systems
• Design and implement new control algorithms
• Contribute to the development of applications and software libraries in C / C++
• Participate in the development and integration of communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
• Analyze and understand the operation of HVAC systems
• Perform testing, debugging, and diagnostics of control systems
• Conduct multidisciplinary research and system capability analyses
• Identify end-user needs and contribute to continuous improvement
• Provide technical support in collaboration with internal teams and customers

• Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Electronics / Embedded Systems
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Autonomous, curious, and adaptable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology and continuous improvement
• Good communication skills, including customer support interactions
• Strong team spirit
• Good level of English
