* You will be a Engineering & Technology  E&T  Manager in the Orlando Software Engineering Department  This role is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, code and unit test, and hardware/software integration and verification  The individual will develop embedded software in C   and Linux operating system in an Agile environment using JIRA, Git and Confluence  The individual will need to apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the development lifecycle

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As an Engineering & Technology  E&T  Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-  Managing he development of C   code

-  Software requirement definition, design, code, test, integration, and verification activities for simulation software

- Management and development of the team

- Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions

- Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities

- Coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency development

- Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program
