Réalis is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join our Moving I-4 Forward Program Office.

• Provide professional engineering consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of diverse highway projects.
• Develop and evaluate engineering reports, plans, and specification criteria.
• Coordinate with project teams, including client communication, proposal coordination, marketing, presentations, and management of other discipline-related activities.
• Prepare specifications, scaled drawings, proposals, finished plans, specifications, and approvals of materials and construction.
• Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for executing desired scope.
• Review junior staff work for technical accuracy, provide technical guidance, and perform quality control reviews, field reviews, and observations of ongoing construction projects.
• Review and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments; serve as team expert and/or project lead; lead discipline team or small multidisciplinary teams to complete projects; manage a small team of direct reports.

• Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience (minimum fifteen years).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
