Join our dynamic engineering team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you'll lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems. This role is ideal for a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for innovation and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work on cutting‑edge machinery and play a key role in delivering field‑ready solutions.

• Design complex mechanical components including gears, actuators, wheels, weldments, and bearings.
• Perform engineering analyses and simulations to validate designs.
• Act as Project Engineer, managing design execution, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Convert concepts into detailed drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
• Lead design reviews and resolve technical challenges with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Support procurement, fabrication, and commissioning with clear technical guidance.
• Travel to project sites for system commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering (ABET‑accredited).
• 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Proficiency in Solid Works, GD&T, FEA, and new product development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a systems‑level engineering mindset.
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
