Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. We are experiencing growth and looking for an RF Sensor Test Lead for our sunny Orlando Site.
You will be responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced test systems within the Integration, Test and Evaluation (IT&E) functional directorate. This role requires strong technical breadth, excellent communication skills, and proven experience briefing senior U.S. government stakeholders and Lockheed Martin leadership. What You Will Be Doing
• Provide full-spectrum leadership - Shaping vision, building relationships, energizing the team, and delivering results.
• Test Execution & Oversight
-Oversee test plan development, hardware integration, and execution across varying technical and contractual requirements.
• Technical mentorship - Teach and guide junior engineers on electrical, software, and mechanical fundamentals; foster a multi disciplinary culture of problem solving.
• Stakeholder Communication - Prepare and deliver briefings, technical presentations, and written reports (status, performance, corrective actions) to U.S. government customers and internal leadership.
• Act as Control Account Manager, driving cost, schedule, and earned value performance for IT&E efforts.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify inefficiencies in the I&T flow, drive corrective actions, and implement best practice processes to improve program schedule and cost performance. Basic Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM Engineering discipline (M.S. preferred)
• 5+ years of related professional engineering experience in a STEM field
• Strong technical background in any of the following: RF testing, missile sensor integration, environmental testing, HWIL, and producibility, or a combination of the above.
• Strong foundation in electrical, RF, or mechanical engineering concepts; ability to teach these to others
• Experience with any of the following: integration & test, anechoic chambers, vector network analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, and multimeters
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen to apply.

Skills:
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
• Experience managing multiple programs and balancing technical and business objectives
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross disciplinary teams for fabrication, integration, and testing of flight hardware
• Track record of delivering compelling customer presentations that convey performance results, schedule status, and corrective actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; prior experience briefing senior U.S. government customers and senior Lockheed Martin management
