Job Description
This is a flexible hourly position at our award-winning Holiday Inn Express Orlando, Florida. This is a full‑time position.
BASIC PURPOSEPerform basic duties of engineering, repair and maintenance as directed by Supervisor and other hotel staff in guestrooms and all other hotel areas as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Assist the Manager as needed. (10%)
- Perform work orders; monitor progress and results. (55%)
- Perform special projects. (20%)
- Perform and report on the energy conservation program. (0%)
- Work on all life/safety systems including fire, elevators, disasters and emergency lighting and generating systems. (10%)
- Maintain all motors and control circuits. (0%)
- Arrange for proper trash removal and recycling. (1%)
- Purchase equipment and supplies. Maintain parts. (0%)
- Maintain audio system within the hotel. (1%)
