Who We Are Looking For

Due to growth we have an immediate opening for an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Specialist to support operations across the United States. In this role you will support operations through project transitions, provide technical support, backfill management positions, assist with process control or troubleshooting activities, work with various software technologies and potentially perform day‑to‑day operations.

Travel Requirement

This position requires traveling a minimum of 75% of the year across the United States.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work with Area Managers and Project Managers to support project demands.
• Provide technical support and training onsite to implement the Asset Management Program.
• Utilize W&C technical platforms for data collection:
  Utility Cloud, Hach WIMS, Do Forms, Power BI, etc.
• Provide operations and maintenance support at water and/or wastewater treatment facilities.

What You Need to Succeed

• Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments including inclement weather.
• Solid water and wastewater background, which may include certifications and licenses.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with utility technology software including Hach WIMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry, including equipment controls and processes.
• May be required to wear a respirator.
• Willingness to travel to support assigned projects and assist with emergency event repair and recovery efforts.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre‑placement physical and drug screen before employment.

Compensation

$30 - $45 an hour. Salaried exempt with straight‑time overtime eligibility.
