Experienced Parts Estimator​/Engineer

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Parts Pricing & Estimating Specialist for a leading global manufacturer in the power and energy sector. This high-impact direct hire role is responsible for rebuilding, standardizing, and owning the pricing function for a large parts business supporting gas turbine equipment.

Orlando, FL (Full‑time, Onsite)

Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

$90,000–$130,000 DOE

• Develop and maintain cost-plus pricing models across a wide range of industrial parts.
• Conduct market-level pricing analyses to remain competitive against major industry players.
• Standardize pricing logic across commodities and specialty components.
• Review margins and ensure pricing aligns with corporate profitability goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, order fulfillment, and technical teams.
• Respond to pricing requests with accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Build scalable pricing processes that will support future team growth.

• Experience in pricing, estimating, or financial modeling – ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret cost data and market trends.
• Proficiency with Excel and pricing/estimating tools.
• Ability to build processes, improve systems, and maintain consistency.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning a function end-to-end.

• Experience with industrial, rotating equipment, aerospace, manufacturing, or energy sector parts.
• Background in both commodity and specialized parts pricing.
• Understanding of margin analysis and cost drivers.

Bachelor’s (Required)

Project engineering – 2 years (Required);
