You will be the Operations Analyst Staff for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support JASSM/LRASM Production Operations Management. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical skills along with other Industrial Engineering skills and analyses to help turn an array of raw data into actionable information for use in making sound business decisions.

You will help the Build Teams focus on ways to increase their efficiencies and quality, with a focus on program affordability. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Applying analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, Python, R, etc.) to analyze data and provide insights
* Developing and maintaining discrete event simulation models to support production operations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
* Presenting data and analysis to leadership to inform business decisions

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
• Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
