Job Description

You will be the Operations Analyst Staff for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support JASSM/LRASM Production Operations Management.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Operations Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical skills along with other Industrial Engineering skills and analyses to help turn an array of raw data into actionable information for use in making sound business decisions. You will help the Build Teams focus on ways to increase their efficiencies and quality, with a focus on program affordability.

Responsibilities

• Applying analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, Python, R, etc.) to analyze data and provide insights
• Developing and maintaining discrete event simulation models to support production operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement
• Presenting data and analysis to leadership to inform business decisions
• Coordinating site-related Industrial Engineering activities

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from a standard 40-hour, five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
