The Onshore North America Technical Office, under the Projects organization, is looking for a talented individual with technical and Project Management background to serve as the Assembly Engineer for all platforms in Projects.

• Serve as liaison between wind farms and tech office and support the activities when required.
• Write RFI responses under manager supervision & manage and track the dispersion of updated documentation to wind farms, customers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure the latest revision of documents are available to site before the site operation starts, organized in a logical manner.
• Track RFI response time from tech office to site and from corporate to tech office when tech office requests their support and updates the wind farm web sites.
• Assist in evaluating implementation of corporate design procedures for local market implementation or present improvement ideas based on the market capabilities and needs.
• Evaluate options for improving procedures that can streamline the assembly process on site with a view of global implementation, and support Sales & Operations Planning and Sales Teams during the bidding process for Projects.
• Update monthly KPIs related to the active projects and initiatives and provide monthly updates for the Onshore North America Project Upper Management and CEO of North America.
• Follow up with the factory for design modifications/reworks defined by engineering and ensure implementation of these changes prior to delivery to project site.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience working in Design Engineering, Project Management and/or Quality.
• Strong Catia skill preferred, and CAD skills required.
• Estimated 10‑20% travel.
• Wind Power Industry and product experience is preferred.
