Overview

Sensor Integration & Test Engineer – Lockheed Martin, Orlando, FL

You will serve as the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer supporting a program’s system integration and qualification initiatives. Your team will execute sub‑system and system‑level integration and tests for new and existing products.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and execute sub‑system and system‑level integration and test plans/procedures.
  • Support preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events.
  • Support Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware.
  • Lead failure investigations and resolve hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies during system and subsystem testing.

Further Information

This position is located in Orlando, FL.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – The facility requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret Security Clearance;
Final Secret Clearance is required to start.

Work will be performed onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Desired Skills
  • Demonstrated integration and test experience on a complex sensor/weapon development program.
  • Previous hardware/software troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with EO/IR sensors.
  • Experience transitioning a complex product to production.
  • Familiarity with common lab equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies.
