You will serve as the engineering discipline leader on airport projects in our Orlando, FL office. The role includes leading, developing and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiating and maintaining client contact, and assisting the team in winning work. You will serve on large, complex multi‑discipline projects, directing and mentoring discipline associates and project managers; independently directing the development and evaluation of engineering reports, plans and specification criteria;

supervising design development, detailing, code analysis, construction document production; overseeing construction administration; coordinating with the project team and client communication; coordinating proposals, marketing, presentations, and managing other discipline-related activities.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a professionally recognized equivalent from an accredited ABET university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including at least 10 years in civil design of airport-related facilities at medium and/or large hub airports.
• Florida PE registration or ability to obtain within six months of starting.
• Client management experience and capabilities.
• Ability to travel across the region to existing or potential airport clients.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
